Refund Policy

At Mobify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable for items returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@mobify.ae with your order number and reason for refund.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned after the 2-day window.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper packaging during return.
  • Final sale or discounted items.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
