At Mobify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable for items returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@mobify.ae with your order number and reason for refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products returned after the 2-day window.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper packaging during return.
- Final sale or discounted items.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
