📦 Return & Refund Policy – Mobify UAE

At Mobify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below:

 


 

✅ Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable for items returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must include all accessories and components provided at the time of delivery.

  • Mobify reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

🚚 Return & Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE.

  • In case of a return, a return shipping fee of AED 17 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Return shipping is free only if the item received was faulty or incorrect.

 


 

🔁 Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@mobify.ae within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus the return shipping fee if applicable.

 


 

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 2 days from delivery date.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.

  • Items returned due to installation issues (e.g. product not compatible with fabric dashboards).

  • Final sale or discounted items.

  • Returns without original packaging.
